Signature Stairs

Signature Stairs aimes to provide clients with products & service that surpass their expectations. We utilise our experience and expertise to aid our clients throught the process from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring the best possible solution is chosen based on preferences, budgets and what is achievable on-site.

Full Solution Provider

  • Free Consultation:

    We are happy to discuss and advise clients on their project requirements. We encourage clients to have this discussion early in the build process as this will increase your design options and can prevent potential costs.

  • Customer service:

    Throughout the process our team will work closely with clients, their architects, contractors & interior designers to ensure they are aware and happy with each step so that the finished products are installed to their satisfaction and to an agreed schedule

  • Budgets & Pricing:

    There is no charge for quotes and it does not require a site visit. Each product is a custom fit feature and prices vary based on size, scope and preferred elements within the project. We ask potential clients to provide us with house plans or basic measurements along with their preferences to enable us to provide a quick and accurate quote. (see the contact us form on site site)

  • Survey:

    Survey: Each project gets a site survey and is drawn to measure, this includes offering cutting edge laser measurement technology, Total-Station.

  • Drawing:

    A 3-D model and CAD drawings are then given to clients for their approval prior to the project going into production, any final fixing and structural details will be clarified with clients at this stage.

  • Fabrication:

    Once approved, projects go into production and an installation schedule is agreed. In the case of a full stairs it is normal that installation will be over two visits, the first to install the main structure with glass and timber cladding added at a later date.

  • Timber:

    All stairs structures are metal based with solid timber cladding. Clients can choose from a myriad of timber types and finishes. We can also offer engineered solid timber curved handrails.

  • Building Regulations:

    All standard products in the Signature range are regulation compliant and structurally approved. We work closely with our structural engineering partners to offer certification on any one-off projects.

  • Showroom:

    Signature Stairs Showroom opening times are Mon-Thurs 8.00am to 4:30pm, Fri 9.00am to 3.30pm with limited late evening or weekend viewing by appointment only. To insure you get the most form your visit, please call ahead of time to arrange a meeting with a member of our team. It is helpful if you can bring a set of your plans with you.
